Scenario
A madman named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends and anyone who gets in his way on Halloween. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for the role of Art the Clown after Mike Giannelli gave up the role and acting. During the audition, he pretended to taste the blood of his decapitated victim, but then salted it to improve the taste.
Coroner: Honey, I’ve been doing this for 22 years, okay?
In the shots where Tara is gagged with duct tape, in some earlier shots the duct tape is obviously not in contact with her lower jaw, while in other shots it is wrapped tightly around both lips. Paramedic Roman: How can you eat a greasy croissant while dismembering corpses? Once you’ve seen an eight-month-old child microwaved to death, everything else is water under the bridge.

The acting is perfectly fine
Yes, there is almost no plot and the film is very nihilistic and gratuitous, but that is made up for by a really scary villain and some very well done and incredibly brutal blood effects. Nothing outstanding, but it’s perfectly acceptable. Much better than you usually get in a low-budget horror film these days.

This film isn’t going to revolutionize the genre, but it is an entertaining throwback to the good old days when unstoppable, silent killers terrorized people for random reasons. Art the Clown, Pennywise, and Killer Klowns are just some of the weird creatures that send shivers down our spines.
